This CME webinaris designed to educate primary care physicians on the frequency that Medicare Advantage beneficiaries in Hawaii utilize the emergency room. Presenters will share with physicians the opportunity to access and understand their own patient’s ER utilization patterns as tracked by MDX Hawai`i. Case studies will be shared from Hawaii-based physicians who haveless than 8% of their Medicare Advantage patients utilizing the ER on an annual basis, and which highlight commitments to patient-access and preventative care procedures and protocols which appear to yield these exceptional outcomes
